Yes. You can give Business Standard to team members who need full desktop apps and Business Basic to everyone else who primarily needs web apps, email, and cloud storage.
Can we change or upgrade plans later?
Yes. Microsoft lets you scale seats up or move users between plans as your business evolves. SmartSoft assists you with seamless license adjustments at any time or at annual renewal.
Can you migrate our existing email and files with zero downtime?
Yes. SmartSoft carries out complete migrations from Google Workspace, cPanel, GoDaddy, or on-premises email systems. Can we add Microsoft 365 Copilot later?
Yes. Copilot is an optional add-on for users on Business Basic or Business Standard. You can start with your base Microsoft 365 setup and add Copilot licenses whenever you're ready, only for the employees who need it.
